All items sales are final. However, your satisfactory is our prioritized concern.
Product exchange will be arranged under the following condition:

  • Item arrived in defective condition
  • Wrong item has been sent
  • Item damaged in transit
  • Sunglasses fitting issue please refers to sunglasses product exchange and refund procedure

How to exchange for free

  1. Contact customer service at care@obxlook.com to get the unique return code and return shipping label within 48 hours after you received the product.

  2. Fill in the return form with the unique return code. List the item name and color that you want to exchange.

  3. Pack your item in the original packaging.

  4. Print the return label on A4 paper and put on the package.

  5. Contact related Courier Company for pick up within 2 days, or the return label will become invalid.

  6. We will let you know when we receive the return product.

  7. A confirmation will send to you after the exchange product is being shipped out.

Sunglasses Product Exchange and Refund Policy

Due to possible fitting issue, OBX will accept return of sunglasses in their original condition with a full refund or product exchange.

How to refund or exchange Sunglasses for free

  1. Contact customer service at care@obxlook.com to get the unique return code and return shipping label within 48 hours after you received the product.

  2. Fill in the return form with the unique return code and:
    1. List the reason for refund; or
    2. List the item name and color that you want to exchange, if you want to exchange to other products.
  3. Pack your item in the original packaging.

  4. Print the return label on A4 paper and put on the package.

  5. Contact related Courier Company for pick up within 2 days, or the return label will become invalid.

  6. We will let you know when we received the return product. The return product needs to be in sealable condition.

    1. Process refund in your original payment method after verification.
    2. We will ship out the exchanged products. A confirmation will send to you after the exchange product is being shipped out.

Other Notes:

  1. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches our return address.
  2. You could choose to exchange the same or lower value of product.
  3. Item exchange below the original purchase price, we will refund the difference to the same payment method that you used.
